Meet Our Team
There's a reason we chose "team" over "staff."
To be honest, there are many reasons. Here are two:
>> Each of us excels in certain areas; however, we swap hats when necessary. This keeps us flexible, covers all the bases, gives us a deep offense, and [ insert other appropriate sports metaphor here ]. It's harder to lose the ball when everyone is on it.
>> We operate as part of your team. Consider us your off-site marketing and communication design division. Your business becomes ours.

Angela Smith
President
Angela D. Smith is founder, owner and President of ADsmith Communications.
As 'overseer' and business catalyst, she loves setting her sites on big-picture strategies and vision casting. That's what owners do. She does it well.
Celeste Skidmore
Executive VP
"Executive Vice President" really means "sometimes even her lists have lists."
Celeste leads ADsmith's research strategy and client services. She develops projects with clients, then facilitates and orchestrates them within the ADsmith environment.
...and that's usually before our 9 a.m. staff meetings.
Hillary West
VP, Client Services
Don't let the title fool you. A good media plan isn't bought; it's built. Hillary is our mass media architect.
In addition to her VP role, she's also a creative strategist. This means almost everything we do at ADsmith, from numbers to glossy web icons, must meet her critical/analytical eye.
Robert Felton
VP, Business Development
Experienced? Check. Innovative? Check. Awesome mustache? Check. Robert? Check.
Robert Felton leads the ADsmith team in finding and creating new opportunities for our clients. He keeps the ball—and business rolling and is always coming up with fresh ideas that change the game of local advertising.
If you're looking for Robert, he may just be one step ahead.
Keli Tetzlaff
Client and Creative Services
There's a happy medium between account exec and creative services. We call her 'Keli.'
Keli walks the delicate balance between client service goals and creative realities. She's involved deeply with client social media, HD production, and editing.
Need a battery or charger? Her office is full of 'em.
Stephanie Reppert
Video Production & Traffic Manager
Things need to get done. There's a Stephanie for that.
A bit of a triple-threat in her own right, she edits HD, and builds a bit of motion/3D graphics. This, of course, in addition to web development and the as-needed design task.
So...make that a quadruple-threat.
Shannon Perryman
Senior Art Director
Captain Jean-Luc Picard. Michael Jordan. Lex Luther. Shannon Perryman. All have one thing in common and no, it's not what you're thinking—they're all experts and leaders in their craft.
Shannon does it all, from logos to websites to total identity overhauls. A great designer can make or break a client relationship. His design skills keep our clients happy.
And you can always count on his razor-sharp wit.
Caleb Copeland
Digital Media Specialist
If it tweets, posts, likes, follows, Googles, streams, or clicks, Caleb is your guy.
Caleb is ADsmith’s expert in social media and search engine optimization. He also assists with video production and website development. Caleb understands the ever-changing world of social media and search engine marketing, and he can make it work for your business.
Emily Dale
Account Coordinator
For a girl who claims to hate hats, Emily wears several at ADsmith.
Her duties include, but are not limited to: invoicing, building presentations, and writing our blog. From invoice auditing to blogger extraordinaire, Emily takes the cake.
Seriously, we think she steals cake from the kitchen when we have it.
Jackie Hohlt
Account Coordinator
Imagine your favorite set of building blocks. If you asked us this, we would say ours is Jackie.
Usually you can find Jackie creating something from nothing, coordinating the details and making us look good. Her specialties include writing website content and focus group questionnaires, analyzing survey data, and creating presentation material.
All of this while rocking an awesome set of bangs.
Cindi Gaunt
Executive Assistant
When it comes to day-to-day operations at ADsmith, Cindi keeps us organized.
As Executive Assistant, Cindi does everything from organizing and maintaining client information, researching current trends, and drafting presentations. She also assists Angela and keeps our office beautiful.
Brittany Zachary
Research Assistant
There's wiki, and then there's Brittany.
Regardless of client or project, Brittany makes use of all research tools at our disposal. These include the American Association of Advertising Agencies' extensive database, Internet tools by the truckload, and focus groups.
We'll get all the info you can possibly imagine.
