This is who we are. Our names, faces, titles, emails, likes, not-so-likes, attitudes, shoes, caffeine addictions, playlists, “ism’s,” dining preferences, routines, honors, degrees, families, favorite haunts, fears, and estimated gas mileage. All of it. For better, for worse. This is us.

ADsmith is a ‘we,’ not an ‘it.’ You might call us a well-executed thought process The media expertise and imaginological creative we offer local and regional clients rivals that of national agencies often found in really amazingly tall buildings.

Our array of comprehensive services allows us to become—honestly—a true marketing partner with each client. We love that.

Tends to thrive on: Legal stimulants including, but not limited to: Coffee, running and chocolate

Almost always: Uses sarcasm and dry humor that no one gets.

ADsmith title is: President, or The Fearless Queen Boss

ADsmith duties are: Running a business, helping clients improve their businesses, building over-the-top PowerPoint presentations, and steering this ship.

Has an inexplicable knack for: Knowing the target audience and strategically marketing to it with spectacular ease.

Tends to thrive on: Coffee and brilliance.

Almost always: Pesters staff with miniature talking Jean-Luc Picard. Not even kidding.

Celeste Skidmore

ADsmith duties are: To implement in entirety our clients' marketing plans, providing direction and redirection as needed.

Has an inexplicable knack for: Problem-solving. Really!

Tends to thrive on: Working ahead of schedule. Last-minute projects happen…but not if I can help it.

Almost always: Multi-tasks. At home, at work, in the car, wherever. It's what I do.

ADsmith duties are: Media planning, negotiating and buying (I'm just happy my job description no longer includes 'cleaning the fish bowl')

Has an inexplicable knack for: Setting boundaries, cutting through the fluff

Tends to thrive on: Deadlines. DEADLINES! And the endless energy of my 18-month old daughter.

Almost always: Smiles. Almost always...

Janel Heape,

Vice President, Operations

Name is: Janel Heape

ADsmith title is: Vice President of Operations

ADsmith duties are: Entirely too numerous to delineate. They range, however, from changing the occasional uncooperative light bulb to new business development.

Has an inexplicable knack for: Sarcastic one-liners. They just seem to…flow.

Tends to thrive on: The collection and the saving of the funds.

Almost always: Gets lost while driving.

Jessica Winters

Operations Intern

Name is: Jessica Winters

ADsmith duties are: Pretty much all of them. Yep!

Has an inexplicable knack for: Finding excuses to celebrate, forging staff signatures when necessary.

Tends to thrive on: Green tea and sunny days.

Almost always: Meets someone interesting in our building elevators.

Nathan Williams

Creative Lead

Name is: Nathan Williams

ADsmith duties are: Thinking things, then writing, designing, and producing them, often directing others in those same tasks, and refraining from using the bottled water for coffee brewing (even though there is a DEFINITE difference in taste)

Has an inexplicable knack for: Come-from-behind wins on the final lap of MarioKart.

Tends to thrive on: Family time, a good read, good coffee, occasional alone time, unreasonably loud music, baked goods, well-executed design.

Almost always: Gets caught by a train at any given railroad crossing when nearly running late. Seriously. It's really weird.

Sarah Duvall

Creative Assistant

Name is: Sarah Duvall

ADsmith title is: Design Intern

ADsmith duties are: Designing advertisements, brochures, banners, and so much more!

Has an inexplicable knack for: Centering text without using the 'center justify' tool.

Tends to thrive on: Sunny days in my red Jeep.

Almost always: Is found hugging a cup of hazelnut coffee, and has a more-than-somewhat bright smile on my face.

ADsmith duties are: Account Service, TV production, Copywriting, obeying Nathan's orders/

Has an inexplicable knack for: finding amazing deals, always having a good excuse to get ice cream, cracking my nose

Tends to thrive on: Red vines, check lists, garage sales, Brian Regan

Almost always: Has a good reason for being out of the office.

Account Services Support

ADsmith duties are: Account support, data entry, weekly reports and anything else that needs to get done!

Has an inexplicable knack for: Art and music on the creative side, multi-tasking and organization on the business side

Tends to thrive on: Art, music, family, friends and pets...and an occasional piece (or two!) of chocolate

Almost always: Needs a cup of vanilla cappuccino in the morning in order to speak properly.
